With so many options available everywhere, why should I buy from you?

Every cookie is hand-made with love for your dogs, as I have for mine with our gourmet quality. Human-grade treats you could eat, why would you give them to your fur baby otherwise?

Do you only offer wheat treats?

We also offer glutton-free treats in every size and flavor.  There are also new freeze-dried treats in the works.  So check back with us frequently to see what's going on.

Where do you get your ingredients?

All the ingredients in our treats come from businesses in the U.S.

Are there any preservatives or other hidden ingredients in your products?

There are no preservatives, artificial flavors, or dyes in our treats.  All ingredients on the label of the products are what is in the biscuits.

Can't find email with tracking # for my order?

If you can't find the email with the tracking number in the inbox.   Check your junk mail folder for it.  If the tracking number still can't be found.  A message can be sent here on the website or sent us an email.

When should I expect my order?

After every order leaves our facility, we send out an email with a tracking number from the carrier used.  During COVID-19: All carriers are experiencing delays right now. 

We suggest keeping enough treats that will last around a week.

What happens if I still can't find my tracking number after checking my email?

If you can't find the email with the tracking number in the inbox.   Check your junk mail folder for it.  If the tracking number still can't be found.  A message can be sent here on the website or sent us an email.

What if the tracking number says the package arrived, but nothing is on the front porch?

We recommend checking everywhere that a package may be found on the back porch, in the mailbox, at your neighbor's house, etc.

If you haven't found your package within 48 hours, please file a claim with the carrier and message us your claim number.

Do you offer a refund for products purchased on your website?

Our return policy is pretty straightforward.  We are unable to accept returns or offer any refunds.  Due to the fact we will not be able to resell or reuse the product.  We do not accept any products back after they leave the facility due to the safety of our products, staff, other owners, and animals.
